Employer of Record
& Global Hiring

Hire the best people anywhere in the world — without setting up local legal entities. We handle payroll, compliant contracts, taxes, benefits, and HR support, so you can grow your team across borders without the legal overhead.

Opening a foreign entity can take months and cost thousands. With an Employer of Record you skip the incorporation, foreign tax registration, and local banking entirely — and still hire compliant, full-time employees in markets where you have no presence.

What's covered

Global employment is more than payroll — it's contracts, compliance, benefits, and ongoing HR in every country you hire in. We cover the full lifecycle so your team stays compliant and your people stay supported.

Global Hiring Without Entities

Setting up a legal entity in a new country takes months and serious legal spend. As your Employer of Record, we already have the infrastructure in place — so you can hire in a new market without incorporating, opening a local bank account, or registering for foreign tax.

  • Hire in new countries without a local entity
  • Onboard talent in weeks, not months
  • Local employment expertise per jurisdiction
  • Single point of contact across all markets
  • Scale up or down without entity overhead

Payroll Management

Running payroll across borders means navigating different currencies, tax regimes, social contributions, and pay cycles. We run accurate, on-time payroll in each employee's local currency and handle every statutory deduction so nobody chases a missing payslip.

  • Multi-currency payroll in local currency
  • Statutory tax and social contribution withholding
  • Payslips and year-end documentation
  • Expense and reimbursement handling
  • Consolidated invoicing back to you

Compliant Employment Contracts

A US-style contract won't hold up in Germany, Nepal, or Brazil. We issue locally compliant employment agreements that respect mandatory notice periods, probation rules, working-time limits, and termination protections in each country.

  • Locally compliant contracts per jurisdiction
  • Correct notice periods and probation terms
  • Working-time and overtime compliance
  • IP assignment and confidentiality clauses
  • Bilingual contracts where required

Legal & Tax Compliance

Misclassification, missed filings, and incorrect withholding carry real fines. We stay current with employment law in every country we operate in, file what needs filing, and keep your global workforce on the right side of the law.

  • Worker classification done correctly
  • Local tax registration and filings
  • Mandatory insurance and statutory benefits
  • Ongoing regulatory change monitoring
  • Audit-ready records and documentation

Benefits Administration

Competitive, compliant benefits are how you win and keep international hires. We administer statutory and supplementary benefits — health insurance, pension, leave — that match local expectations and keep your offer attractive.

  • Statutory benefits in every country
  • Supplementary health and pension plans
  • Leave and PTO tracking per local law
  • Localized, competitive benefit packages
  • Smooth enrollment and ongoing support

Contractor-to-Employee Conversion

Long-term contractors are a misclassification risk in many countries. When it's time to convert a contractor into a proper employee, we manage the transition cleanly — new compliant contract, benefits, and payroll, with no gap in their relationship to you.

  • Misclassification risk assessment
  • Smooth transition with no work interruption
  • Compliant employment contract issuance
  • Benefits and payroll onboarding
  • Clear communication with the worker

Common questions

What exactly is an Employer of Record?

An Employer of Record (EoR) is a third party that legally employs workers on your behalf in countries where you don't have a legal entity. You direct their day-to-day work; we handle the employment relationship — contracts, payroll, taxes, benefits, and compliance. The worker is your team member in everything but the formal legal employer.

How quickly can we hire someone in a new country?

In most markets we can have a compliant offer and contract out within a few days and the person onboarded within one to two weeks — compared to the several months it typically takes to set up your own entity. Timelines vary by country depending on local registration requirements.

How is this different from a PEO?

A PEO (Professional Employer Organization) co-employs staff but usually requires you to already have a legal entity in the country. An EoR is the legal employer itself, so you can hire in countries where you have no entity at all. For global hiring without incorporation, EoR is the right model.

Which countries do you support?

We support hiring across a broad set of markets and add jurisdictions based on client needs. Tell us where you want to hire on a discovery call and we'll confirm coverage, lead time, and the local employment rules that apply.

Can you convert our existing contractors to employees?

Yes. Long-term contractors are a common misclassification risk. We assess the situation, issue a compliant local employment contract, set up payroll and benefits, and transition the person with no interruption to the work they're doing for you.
